What does the registration fee include?
The conference fee includes Wednesday and Thursday evening Gala Reception/Buffets, Thursday and Friday Continental Breakfasts, Thursday and Friday luncheons, all food and beverage breaks, all sessions and materials, and the participant roster.
What is the cut-off date for the early registration discount?
The early registration discount ends at midnight on Wednesday, February 15, 2017
When and how can I make my hotel reservation?
You may book your room at the Marriott Marquis only after you have registered for the conference. Attendees will receive a confirmation email containing the Marriott Marquis reservation instructions and link immediately after registering
What is the rate for the hotel?
The room night rate is $206 and that includes complimentary internet in your guest room.
What is the latest date that I can make hotel reservations?
There is a city-wide event in Atlanta at the same time as our conference. This equates to the Marriott Marquis being full over our conference dates. Therefore, you should make your reservations by February 28, 2017. Additional rooms are available at the Hilton next door.
What is the Hunter Conference registration cancellation policy?
Registrants unable to attend the event may send a substitute at no extra cost. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing no later than Friday, March 17, 2017. No substitutions may be made at the conference. Registrants who need to cancel will receive a full refund less the $95 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than Friday, March 10, 2017. There will be no refunds after March 10, 2017.
Can I register to attend part of the conference; i.e., a day or a session or two?
No, registration is available for the full conference only.

You will receive the roster in Excel format on a flash drive provided upon arrival at the conference.

Typically we will have about 1300 attendees from all over the United States as well as some international attendees.
Are student discounts available?

Can I bring my spouse?
You may bring your spouse to the Wednesday and Thursday evening receptions for a fee of $275. Your spouse must be registered in advance with our office.
