Lee has been working in hotel real estate finance for over 20 years including hotel asset acquisition, development, financing, and repositioning. Lee has worked with all of the major brands including IHG, Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott. As COO of Hunter Hotel Advisors, Lee oversees the operations of Hunter’s seven national offices including Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Miami.
Lee also directs the development of the annual Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, a national real estate and finance conference designed for hotel owners. For 30 years, the conference has brought together the nation’s most influential leaders in the lodging arena to discuss real estate and finance issues facing hotel owners today.
Lee holds a master’s degree in hotel finance and real estate from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Lee serves on the Board of Directors of Atlanta Hospitality Alliance and is highly regarded for his in-depth understanding of hotel real estate finance.
Nancy joined Hunter Hotels Advisors in 1992 and has served in many capacities over the years. Nancy is responsible for the assembly and production of the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, held annually in March. This “must attend” event attracts hotel owners and investors nationwide. Prior to joining Hunter Realty, Nancy was Vice President of The Griffin Company, a commercial real estate developer. In addition, Nancy has owned her own service business. Nancy attended Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Cece comes to Hunter Hotel Conference with more than 20 years of event and marketing acumen, including several years in the hospitality industry. With background as an exhibitor, attendee and event producer, she brings a well-rounded perspective to the event experience. As Marketing Director, she oversees our event marketing, conference speaker arrangements, and sponsor acquisition and coordination. She is our primary media contact for the conference and Hunter Hotel Advisors. Cece hails from rural Michigan and attended Central Michigan University, but proudly calls Atlanta home.
Event Operations Manager
As the Event Operations Manager for the Annual Hunter Hotel Investment Conference, Jillian is responsible for developing and controlling the conference registration website, assisting with the overall planning and production of the conference, and is the communication representative for exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees. Jillian also assists Hunter Hotel Advisors by updating the property listings on the company website and maintaining the company’s database of 30,000+ lodging professionals. Jillian graduated from Georgia State University in 2012.
