When will registration for the 2024 HUNTER Conference open?

What is the registration fee for the conference?

Standard Registration – early bird rate $2,095, regular rate $2,195, onsite rate $2,495
Hotel Owner Registration – early bird rate $1,695, regular rate $1,795, onsite rate $2,095 Virtual Registration - $600

What does the registration fee include?

The in-person registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, exhibit and networking level, Tuesday and Wednesday evening receptions, Wednesday and Thursday breakfast, Wednesday and Thursday lunch, all food and beverage breaks, access to our virtual platform, sponsors’ resources, and attendee roster.

What is the cut-off date for the early registration discount?

The early registration discount will end at 11:59 P.M. on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.

Can I register to attend only part of the conference?

Registration will be available for the full conference only: Tuesday, March 19 – Thursday, March 21, 2024. There is no proration.

When and how can I make hotel reservations?

HUNTER has a dedicated room block at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. You will be provided a booking link during your registration. Registration is now open.

What if I need to substitute the attendee from my team or transfer the registration?

Registrants who are unable to attend that wish to transfer their registration may do so for a processing fee of $75 until March 8, 2024. Requests must be submitted in writing before 11:59 P.M. March 8, 2024 to ConferenceTeam@hunterhotels.net with the full name, title, and contact information of the individual that will be attending. There will not be any substitution/transfers after this date.

What is the cancellation policy?

In-person registrants who need to cancel will be charged a $250 cancellation fee. Virtual registrants who need to cancel will be charged a $125 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing before 11:59 P.M. March 8, 2023 to ConferenceTeam@hunterhotels.net with the full name and confirmation information from the original registration. There will be no refund after this date. In-person registrants have the option to switch to a virtual registration and receive a refund for the difference in cost minus the cancellation fee.

What is the dress code?

When will I receive the attendee roster?

We provide the attendee roster to all attendees via email the weeks leading up to the conference. Attendees will have access to network with in-person and virtual attendees.

Is there a discount for students or professors?

Full-time students and University faculty will receive a discounted rate to attend the conference in-person and virtually. For more information, please contact us at ConferenceTeam@hunterhotels.net from your University-issued email address. This rate is available to active students and faculty only. Proof of a University issued identification will be required.
