All participants must wear their name badge at all programs/functions during the conference. Conference management reserves the right to prohibit attendees who are not properly identified from attending the event or passing registration checkpoints. Name badge reprints can be requested for a fee of $500 per badge, with identification required.
Your registration information will be shared with all attendees, sponsors, exhibitors and speakers on our mobile app and the attendee roster given to all guests when they arrive. We do not include email addresses in our attendee roster. If you wish to exclude yourself from the roster and mobile app, please contact us in writing by February 4, 2021 at ConferenceTeam@hunterhotels.net
Registrants unable to attend the event may send a substitute at no extra cost. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to ConferenceTeam@hunterhotels.net no later than Thursday, March 4, 2021. No substitutions may be made onsite.
Registrants who need to cancel will be charged a $250 cancellation fee. In-Person registrants also have the option to switch to virtual registration and receive a refund for the difference in cost. Cancellations must be submitted in writing no later than Thursday, February 25, 2021. There will be no refunds after February 25, 2021.
Complete registration and payment is required for all guests. Spouses/domestic partners may be registered for the Wednesday and Thursday evening receptions for a fee of $400 if registered before March 4, 2021.
COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgement:
By registering to attend in person, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the conference, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Hunter Hotel Investment
Conference, Inc., Hunter Hotel Advisors, or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. The Hunter Hotel Investment Conference will work with the venue and vendors to follow the recommended CDC, state, and local guidelines for the safety and health of our attendees and their guests.
The conference may take photos or videos of speakers, sessions, attendees and receptions for purposes of event promotion. By registering for the conference, you release the conference from any claims or liabilities for any photographs, video footage or recordings taken by the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference for marketing or distribution purposes.
Sponsors, attendees, exhibitors, and press/media must receive permission from the Hunter Hotel Investment Conference before arranging photography or video, whether overall or in the form of an interview, prior to arrival at the conference.
This permission includes, but is not limited to, common areas of the hotel, conference sessions, lobbies, bars, the exhibit hall, and/or the conference entrance. Any unauthorized photography or video disturbs our guests, and the person taking the photos/video will be asked to leave the conference. If your firm has a representative who is speaking in a session or on the main stage, we will gladly share all photos and video we take so you can use them for your brand marketing.
